Credit Card

Gloss requires a credit card on file at the time of booking. Don’t worry, your information is safe and confidential.

Cancellation 

Our cancellation policy is enforced if an appointment is missed, canceled rescheduled within 48 hours of your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the service. If you no call/no show you will be charged 100% of the service.  

In the event you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment we may need to reschedule you. 

Service Adjustment

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service please do not hesitate to contact us.  We are more than happy offer you a complimentary adjustment within 2 weeks of original service.
